In some cases, professionals using PKB may need to also have a coordinator profile and vice versa. As it is currently not possible to use the same email address across different role profiles, we will set one of your profiles up with an alias email address.

To do this, please contact a member of our Success team. They will be able to create a new email address for you which you can use to create your new user profile. Your new email will end in @pkbalias.com and emails to that address will be redirected to your chosen email address.

The information you should provide to our success team are:

• The email address on your current profile

• Which role your new profile will have (org admin, privacy officer etc)

• Which organisation the new profile will be for
