Email notifications

Professionals who are part of a team using PKB are notified about:

  • being added or removed from teams
  • new messages that they have received
  • invitations they have sent to carers or individual profs for a patient that are accepted

Individual professionals are notified about:

  • being invited to access a patient’s record
  • when a patient’s record stops being shared with them
  • new messages that they have received
  • invitations they have sent to carers or individual profs for a patient that are accepted

What email address are notifications sent from?

Email notifications are sent from messages@e.patientsknowbest.com. Some customers may need to update their whitelists to ensure these emails are not blocked. The Reply-To email address is messages@patientsknowbest.com.
